Care Centers
All the Care Centers we represent are located in the USA. Each of the medical alert systems is backed by 24-hour monitoring. Care Center specialists and certified EMTs respond whenever a medical alert system is activated. The Care Centers focus on seniors living alone. This means that along with medical emergencies, they also specialize in response for fire, burglary, carbon monoxide emergencies, and other issues. We also understand (and even encourage) that sometimes people press their button just say hello, check in, or ask a medical question.
5. Personal Touch
Unlike many medical alert companies, we are primarily concerned with you and you loved one’s safety and well-being. When the Care Center receives an emergency call the Care Center agent will stay on the phone until help arrives. We don't believe that anyone in distress should wait for help alone.
